This role is within our Employment Umbrella team who provides payroll and employment services for contractors and sub-contractors. This role will form part of the payroll team, ensuring payments are made right first time, on time, every time
- Assist with processing of invoices, expenses, and payroll, efficiently and accurately to ensure customers are paid right first time.
- Work with our agencies partners to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Assist with allocating payments accurately, including monitoring unpaid and unassigned payments.
- Monitor the reduced margin and free margin report.
- Work closely with the customer experience team to assist in any customer queries.
- Take ownership of your own development, ensuring that your knowledge is in line with current legislation.
