What the role is

Payroll Advisor
Working Hours 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday, 
 Contract Type Permanent,
 Location Lytham St Annes,  

 This role is within our Employment Umbrella team who provides payroll and employment services for contractors and sub-contractors. This role will form part of the payroll team, ensuring payments are made right first time, on time, every time 

  • Assist with processing of invoices, expenses, and payroll, efficiently and accurately to ensure customers are paid right first time.
  • Work with our agencies partners to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Assist with allocating payments accurately, including monitoring unpaid and unassigned payments. 
  • Monitor the reduced margin and free margin report.
  • Work closely with the customer experience team to assist in any customer queries.
  • Take ownership of your own development, ensuring that your knowledge is in line with current legislation.

  

What Skills are required

  • Payroll qualifications or experience desirable
  • Hard working
  • Proficient at Microsoft excel.
  • Good at Admin tasks, know how to prioritise workload.
  • Good attention to detail to make sure we are compliant.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
