What the role is
Job Title Business Development Advisor 
 Working Hours 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday,  
 Contract Type Permanent, 
 Location Lytham St Annes,  
  
  • Provide feedback to agencies on progress for their contractors.
  • Engage with new or dormant agencies building a relationship for longevity, securing and booking appointments.
  • Maintain regular communications with your allocated agency base.
  • Build relationship with agency consultants to maintain and grow Danbro market share of each agencies business.
  • Identify and secure profitable referrals and attachments services.
  • Develop communications plans for agencies and ensure planned activities are completed.
  • Work closely with the ISM to strategically look at different areas and maximise growth. 
  • Secure qualified registrations against personal registration target
  • Fielding incoming calls and emails
  • Attend regular training sessions relevant to the role.
  • Attend presentations and training sessions to improve business development relationships and skills.
  • Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information to assist with Business Development and Marketing communications.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve contractor and agency queries.
  • Collate and send out merchandise and Point of Contact packs to agencies.

  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritise objectives and tasks.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets.
  • IT literacy and the ability to use the tools available to you, for you to perform as efficiently as is reasonably possible.
  • Ability to work under pressure without compromising customer service, results, or quality of work.
  • Maintain the appropriate skill / knowledge level of sales best practice and recruitment and accountancy industry knowledge.
To hold or work towards achieve qualifications deemed appropriate for the role.
