What the role is
Bookkeeper
Contract Type ​- Permanent 
Location - Lytham St Annes 

The role of a bookkeeper will be to support the accounting teams manage the financial records for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our clients and supporting our operational needs.

Role Responsibilities 
• Maintain accurate financial records for our clients, using online accounting systems, and occasionally manual records. 
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 
• Manage and organise financial documents and records. 
• Communicate with clients and staff, to ensure a high level of service for the clients.
Expected Salary
£24,500.00 to £26,500.00
What Skills are required
Qualifications & Experience 
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office. 
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong communication skills.
