What the role is
This role is within our Customer Experience team who provides support and advice for contractors and sub-contractors. You will work with various teams to deliver an efficient, timely and ‘Right First Time’ service that delights our customers.
We will be contacting regarding first stage interviews on the w/c 16th September.
What you can expect in a Customer Experience role at Danbro: |
- Responding to customers via multiple communication channels, from Live Chat & WhatsApp to emails and telephone calls, in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring all customer interactions are handled with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in various administrative tasks to support to the wider team, including updating accounts on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) and producing and sending documents using our bespoke payroll system.
- Work with others in line with our values to facilitate consistent delivery of services that are ‘Right First Time’, building our reputation for being a caring and trustworthy provider.
- Contribute positively to efficiency with a view to continuously improve the service we provide.
- Contribute to team development, communicating effectively and playing to your personal strengths and talents, enabling you to fulfill your potential.
- Develop by striving to achieve a customer service-related qualification through the Apprenticeship Scheme and apply the knowledge gained to perform your daily tasks.
- Gaining of invaluable experience and knowledge in the payroll, HR and customer service industry for further development and transferable skills.
